I
would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and give
you some information about my academy. My name is Charles Gracie,
and I am a 5th degree black belt in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I, along with a majority of my extended family, have spent the
better part of our lives learning, developing, and teaching our
brand of self- defense. The Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers
you, the student, an opportunity to learn the art and benefit
from the knowledge gained from years of dedicated training and
teaching.
Instruction is open to men, women, and children, regardless of
physical condition, age or past experience. The training we provide
will surely help practitioners improve their physical condition
and ground fighting skills. Furthermore, the training will also
help students develop self-confidence and discipline. At the academy
we seek to help our students develop on and off the mat.

addition, private and specialized classes are also available at
your request. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel
free to let us know. I look forward to sharing my family’s
